- Director & General Manager
Samantha has a extensive background in Customer Service, Finance and Accounting. She is the "Head Office" for the company: managing administration, front office functions, accounts, marketing, operations and human resources and is the first point of contact for help and advice.
Samantha began her experience in the hearing industry working as a Front Office Receptionist for a large chain of Audiology providers in Hamilton. Moving on from her satisfaction from this, she trained as a New Born Hearing Screener in 2006, providing Hearing Tests for new born babies with the Waikato DHB. This gave her a great insight into the emotional impact hearing can cause, particularly on the parents of a new-born child.
